You wrote these words. You didn’t qualify them in any way:

“There’s a mental illness in the Jewish mind, whether genetic or cultural, which Jews recognize but never talk about.”

You then identify this as paranoia and narcissism.

I’m sorry, I’m Jewish, but neither paranoid nor narcissistic. You’re projecting that on me and all other Jews when you write something like this, and it truly does seem like something I’d see on Richard Spencer’s blog, not a Jewish man’s.

Paranoia and narcissism are what I see when I look at Trump and MAGA. Yes, I also see it when I look at Bibi and Likud, but that simply demonstrates there isn’t anything “Jewish” about those qualities, it’s just how some people are.

I don’t know you or anything about you other than what you’ve told me and what I can infer from your words.

With only that to go by, including that in recent years you’ve lost friends and gotten progressively angrier, I’d reiterate my hope that you’ll seek help.

There’s nothing “Jewish” about that, nor anything unique or mandatory about feeling that kind of pain.

I sincerely hope you’ll heed this advice before things get worse for you.
