So here's the thing about the violence: The Arabs were the violent ones for several decades before the Jews got aggressive in the 30's.

It's called "Syria" here because Palestine was never actually even an official province of the Ottoman Empire, but you'll find all these instances of the Arabs attacking Jewish settlements and massacring the inhabitants for hundreds of years before the word "Zionism" even existed.
They were also violent towards the Christians and the Druze.
In more modern times you can find pogroms in Safed and Herbron during the 1800's, still several decades before Zionism was a thing.
Then when the completely legal and non-violent Jewish land purchases happened after the Ottoman Empire fell you got to this list. Note how the "Perpetrators" column is completely uniform as the Arabs until the mid-30's.

I'm not saying the Arabs didn't live in Palestine, I'm saying they never owned the whole thing despite what they claim.
Not sure how you're claiming Tel Aviv is "built over" Haifa which is about 100 km away from Tel Aviv. Tulkarm is in the West Bank. You can just check a map if you don't believe me.
You seem very, very confused not just about the history but also the geography.
