So… a couple of things jump out here.
First, it’s good to hear that Amazon is treating their delivery drivers better. It’s also satisfying to hear that once you’re accused of racism and have your account deleted, you need no longer contend with a legion of poorly trained offshore support reps, but instead get a direct line to an executive so they can scold you.
